 Subject associated activity is a part of two year B.Ed programme offered by Kerala University. Mathematics teachers trainees of New B.Ed college Nellimoode conducted a quiz competition. We conducted the quiz in 6 rounds. We included all students from another options. In each team there is two members.                   Abhishek and Vifil from English option were our winners . 

 Micro teaching is a teacher training technique for learning teaching skills. Micro teaching can be practised with a very small lesson or a single concept and a less number of students. Micro teaching increases the self confidence, improves the in class teaching performance and develops the classroom management skills.  "Micro teaching is a scaled down teaching encounter in class size and class time ."                 In my first semester I took the skill of reinforcement . I prepared a lesson plan of a small content from tenth standard mathematics first chapter arithmetic sequence. I took the class about 5 minute. I my class I used positive reinforcement appropriately and I avoided negative reinforcement.
