Micro teaching

 Micro teaching is a teacher training technique for learning teaching skills. Micro teaching can be practised with a very small lesson or a single concept and a less number of students. Micro teaching increases the self confidence, improves the in class teaching performance and develops the classroom management skills.

                In my first semester I took the skill of reinforcement . I prepared a lesson plan of a small content from tenth standard mathematics first chapter arithmetic sequence. I took the class about 5 minute. I my class I used positive reinforcement appropriately and I avoided negative reinforcement.
